My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2022

Hello and good day everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to another brief summary of my Actifit report.

This morning after waking up I did some stretching and warm-up exercises. Then after a little while went walking around the neighborhood. Weather started out nice then it got warmer thankfully the wind blowing surely saved the day.

Later in the afternoon I went to Safeway and then to H-Mart - for groceries.

At home just doing house chores, watching news and shows on Netflix and whatnot.
