My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2022
Hello Everyone! Happy Saturday. Welcome to another report. Hope all’s well.
Again I started this morning with the usual workout doing stretching and warm-up exercises.
Then I went out walking and jogging around the neighborhood. On my way back home I stopped by the trail not far from the house. I haven’t been on this trail for over a year. I jogged here but after a few laps I tripped and fall and now my knees are scraped and few splinters on my right palm. Whew. Got it out and I am feeling much better after cleaning up.
Then I went to the park later in the afternoon walking and for digestion after having lunch.
