My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2022

Hello and good day everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and Welcome to another stepping report of the day. Hope to guys are doing well and having a wonderful day with your stepping today.

As for me, well, it’s the same repetitive activity of stretching and warm-up exercise and out walking around the neighborhood. We have a wonderful weather today I really enjoyed and appreciated it despite it being mostly windy. The blue sky’s really beautiful up there as I glanced every now and then.🙏

At home I took a nap for an hour followed by housework and whatnot. I rested and relaxed watching shows on Netflix and watching the news.
