My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2022

Good day everyone and welcome to another Actifit workout report for the day. How were you with your stepping today? Hope all’s well.

About me, well, I did some stretching and warm-up exercises early this morning. Same thing over and over. Just another day but every day’s a new day.

Then I went walking and jogging around the neighborhood. Weather was fine. It wasn’t hot nevertheless I took the trail path and it was like being in a forest. I heard birds singing, chirping and cawing. The choir sounds lively inside the trail. There’s peace in there even with their sounds.

After my workout I went to the bank and back. At home I made myself a peach smoothie, which I enjoyed. And the rest of the day just doing housework and resting and relaxing.
