My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2022

Greetings and Happy Saturday Everyone!

Welcome to another stepping Actifit report.

Again I started my activity early this morning starting with stretching and warm-up exercises while watching the news.

Then I was out and about around the neighborhood. It was in the mid 60 to high 60F. It warm getting warmer and warmer. Not a good idea to be out there for a longer period of time and getting a heat stroke. Be safe out there.

Anyway I found these yellow flowers on the sidewalk. Hope you’ll like them.

In the afternoon I went to the main exchange looking and getting what I needed. Then I felt hungry so I stopped by at a booth where they sell food. I ordered rice bowl braised pork. I enjoyed it. Here’s a picture of the place:
