My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2022

Greetings Everyone!

Happy Thursday. Thanks for stopping by. Welcome to another fitness report.

So, I started early this morning with my stretching and warm-up exercises in my living room while I watched the news.

Then I walked around the neighborhood. Temp was in the low 60 to mid 60F, so it was cool with wind flowing every now and then.

Most of the lawns I saw alongside the sidewalk were watered with auto sprinklers to keep them moist and relieved from the hot sun as temp was expected to rise for the rest of the day.

At home I did housework, watched shows on Netflix, made dessert and played fishing with Kenzou.

Flowers I found alongside the road / sidewalk.
