My Actifit Report Card: March 30 2022

Hi guys and gals!

Good day. Thanks again for coming back. Welcome to another report of the day.

It has been a long day. Started my day really early with the usual routine of stretching and floor exercises at home in my living room. With these exercises I used my dumbbells, purple round ball and resistance band. And from time to time I looked at instagram and try to follow those creators there with their exercises. Kinda fun.

After that, I was out and about in the neighborhood. Not much people were out and about today; however. Well, I was early, so that could be it.

Then, I went shopping and picked up more steps from that activity. Noticed that prices for most things are almost doubled than used to be. Well...

Then finally, in the afternoon I went back out to the park again picking up more steps to add to my counter. And also because I can’t get enough of the park, especially with the weather like this one, I have to say.
