My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2021

Hello Everyone!

Good day and welcome to another fitness report.

Hope everyone’s doing well and having a great time with stepping today.

As for me, well, today wasn’t really a beautiful day as yesterday as it was a little bit colder; the sun was no where to be seen instead it was a little foggy in certain places.

Nevertheless, I first went ahead with my usual stretching exercises. After that session I got cleaned up and ate a little breakfast.

At mid day was when everything started happening in terms of getting very active with stepping. I assisted a good friend of mine X’mas shopping the rest half of the day. It was exciting and fun. Had a great time that we never even noticed we walked that much and that far today. Lots of things were already on sale starting from 10% to 50%. Hence, a great deal in savings. And who wouldn’t want that, right?

On our way home we stopped by at a burger/cafe joint and had a nice dine-in.

Returned home and helped hauling the goods inside the house and just chatting for a bit then followed by watching a good show on Showmax/HBO.

And that pretty much the end of my stepping day.
