Yes. An outdoor run after many months. Not much to write except how good it was to run outside. I have been training for a while in the gym. The weather was nice and I said -fuck this.

The pace was okay for a jogging. Need to run a bit more to gain the pace I had a couple of years back. Happy with what I have right now.

He is doing fine. I feel like I am talking to a grown up friend. Asks me life questions :)

We now have his baby brother. A two months old. He is busy playing with him. That also means I have so less time for hive :)

It’s wild when they ask intelligent and grown up questions. Makes you choke up a little bit dude it’s wild. My son asks me some deep stuff sometimes and it’s good but also sad to see them growing so quickly.
