There are no milestones today. It is about breaking mental barriers. It is about posting on actifit every single day and make sure I have my steps and gym time everyday.

Another successful day where my daily goal of 10K steps was breached. Steps come easy when we are determined to achieve.

It is rainy and windy outside. It will be like this for quite a few days. Does not matter we like it or not.
