It is interesting your story told in two times and the evolution of a thought between the different ages. Dreams seem more achievable when you are younger and in an older age you take aware that it is not so easy.

When we become an adult, due to a lot of pressure we seem to dismiss to become stronger for our own sake and our own dreams. I didn't want to give a specific reason for her to be in this dismissal state, because there isn't always one reason. I left it to the audience to decide for themselves.
