Hello, Splinterlands Community !

A new week has arrive and that means that a new battle will rise. Splinterlands has full of surprises and it offer lots of opportunity to all its players. FEATURE OF THE WEEK: TIME MAGE

SPLINTERLORE

"Time Mages are members of the Order of the Silver Shield and close associates of the Wizards' Council. They are trusted to peer through the fabric of time and reality to foretell the future or manipulate the present by slowing the flow of time. They can also speed up the aging process of armor, causing it to rust prematurely."

"However, with such power also comes great risk. The future is ever-changing, and the ripples of time can affect everyone. Time Mages must undergo strict training to ensure they don't abuse their power and use it only for the most dire of circumstances."

MY REVIEW ON TIME MAGE

TIME MAGE is a must watch Rare Life Monster. It holds the ability of slowing down the enemies. Time is its greatest weapon and its attack is unstoppable. I find this card as very useful against water elements because water elements has very high speed. As it continue to level up, it gains new ability called Rust, meaning it can lower down the defense of the opponent. Also, as it levels up, its stats continue to power up and that becomes a great contribution to the game.

DO I HAVE THIS CARD?

	I do not have this card because it is kind of expensive but I am looking forward to to buy it.

THE BATTLE STRATEGY

1st Position - I chose Chaos Knight as the tank in order to reduce the damage that the opponent can give. Due to its Shield ability, the damage of the opponent will turn into half of its original damage.

2nd Position - I decided to place Time Mage on the second position in order to protect it from possible attacks (from Sneak attackers and front line attackers). Its ability to slow down the enemies is very useful in the game because it only means that it can also reduce the evading chance of the opponent.

3rd Position - I place Gargoya Scrapper in the third position in order to resist all the attacks that can be made at the back. This is to ensure that Time Mage will live longer.

---THE FIGHT---

I do not really use life splinters in battle but at this moment, I think that they are the right monster to defeat the death unit. If ever you want to watch my full battle, just click the photo below.

At first, both summoners contest their abilities. My summoner increase the health of all of my monster, but it is countered by my opponent as it reduces the life of all of my monsters. Due to the ability of Time Mage, I still have an advantage because it decreases the speed of the monsters of my opponent.

In the first and second round, both sides know how to endure all the attacks. But the third round comes, and the tank of my opponent cannot hold it any longer. At that moment, their chance to create damage towards my monsters was removed.

The battle last until the sixth round and no damage was made on my monsters. The death unit failed to take over the battle due to their low speed and low attacks. Time Mage create one of the most damage and it is definitely becomes the MVP of the game.

---THE FINAL CONSIDERATION---

I am very impressed on the performance of Time Mage n the battle. Yes, I will definitely consider this monster as one of the card that I want to buy and the monster that I want to use in the battle. It is very effective and useful. This monster can remove the possibility of evading attacks.
