En esta ocasión escribo para exponer un trabajo que realizó mi esposo a un Aveo año 2005. Este carro no encendía, el dueño pensó que era el arranque o que la bomba había dejado de mandar. Teniendo en cuenta lo que el señor pensaba, se comenzó con la revisión para saber cuál era la falla.

Para comenzar, se intentó prender y al dar al suiche se notó que el arranque estaba funcionando correctamente y la bomba de gasolina también. To begin with, we tried to start the engine and when we hit the suiche we noticed that the starter was working properly and the fuel pump was working as well. Later, to continue with the spark plug check, the current connectors of the injectors were checked and my husband could see that in the connector of injector number two, one of the wires was broken. The split wire was brought to the injector connector to make contact, then the ignition was turned on and the objective was achieved.

Para seguir descubriendo la falla, se revisó los conectores de los inyectores, los cuales tampoco estaban en buenas condiciones, de este modo detallando que el cable del inyector número 4 tambien estaba partido solo algunos pelos del cable escasamente hacían contacto, se procedió a descubrir el ramal de cables para revisar cada línea de los inyectores.

To continue discovering the fault, the injector connectors were checked, which were also not in good condition, thus detailing that the cable of injector number 4 was also broken only a few hairs of the cable barely made contact, we proceeded to uncover the cable branch to check each line of the injectors.

La misma línea de los cables del inyector número 2 tenía tres partiduras cada cable. Así que se cortaron los cables en malas condiciones retirando los conectores viejos reemplazando por nuevos. Se unieron los cables con los inyectores, se realizó soldadura con estaño cada cable correspondiente a cada conector y en cada soldadura de estaño se colocó termoencogible, para así evitar algún corto en las líneas de corriente, luego se envolvió los cables con teipe. Se conectaron los inyectores, y ahora en definitiva se sabrá si la falla quedó corregida. Para alegría del dueño del carro como para el mecánico 😉 se le dio encender al carro y listo, este era el problema que tenía.

The cables were joined with the injectors, each cable was soldered with tin corresponding to each connector and in each tin solder was placed heat shrink, in order to avoid any short in the current lines, then the cables were wrapped with teipe. The injectors were connected, and now we will definitely know if the fault was corrected. To the joy of the car owner and the mechanic 😉 the car was turned on and ready, this was the problem I had.
