Several months ago, I took the initiative to plant a variety of potatoes on the rooftop of our home. Today marked a rewarding milestone as my father and I, with eager anticipation, embarked on the harvest of those very potatoes. With each tuber carefully pulled from the soil, it was a gratifying moment, witnessing the fruits of our labor materialize in our hands. The sight of freshly dug-up potatoes filled us with a sense of accomplishment, knowing that our small rooftop garden had yielded a bountiful harvest.
