Sport, good for our body and mind
This weekend was another intense weekend of football where my youngest son had the opportunity to play against great teams. It was a very good experience and made him feel happy for a whole day. The best thing about football is the purest thing and seeing children at these young ages having fun and the smile on their faces. Furthermore, interaction between parents is good, which is always very important so that the spirit of unity and camaraderie is great. Sport is good for the body and mind, practicing sport means having a healthy lifestyle shared with others and often with nature.So, do whatever sport it is, but practice it and make your body move, it's good for the body and the mind. A healthy life it just depends on us.
