The stage is set for Napoli to win their second league title in 33 years

Who would have thought this is how the Serie A season would have gotten to, who would have thought the Napoli team from nowhere would have been the leaders of the league table this season, this is why it is called football. The impossible always becomes possible.
The Napoli team is in a good position to win their second league title in 33 years. The last time they won it, the legendary Diego Maradona was the star of the team.
Napoli are currently at the 1st position of the league table with 78 points followed by Lazio with 61 points, 17 points difference with 7 more games to go. Now if Napoli wins their Sunday match against Salernitana and Lazio draws or loses their match against Inter Milan, Napoli will be crowned champions of the 2022/2023 Italian Serie A league.
They deserve to win the title this season if you look at their performance against other clubs team, you will know that the Napoli team is favored to win the title.
But on the other hand, if Napoli loses the game against Salernitana, they won’t be crowned champions since the Lazio team still have a chance of closing the gap and winning the title.
But the Lazio match against Inter Milan is going to be very tough, the last time they met, Lazio won by 3 goals to 1 against Inter Milan at the home ground of Lazio. So Inter won’t want to lose both home and away to Lazio this season.
The match of Inter Milan against Lazio is going to be an early kickoff which will be played on Sunday at 10:30 GMT and the match of Napoli against Salernitana will be played afterward on the same day at 1:00 GMT.

Man, Napoli have really come a long way this season and they deserve this. They have been relentless this season and their squad has done a very good job. They need to claim the title, ASAP

Man I don’t think they will lift it this weekend though. They might beat their opponents but then I think Lazio are in pretty good form.
If you’ve been following the serie A for a while now their been pretty close to it. Mehn it just had to happen and am glad they can finally win it.
