Welcome back to Self Defense Situation - What Do You Do? - Part 14. Today we are going to talk about some situations that are difficult to handle. If you read this series of posts, you know we analyze different situations and talk about what action you can take to defend yourself.

I made a post about The Art Of Blade - Kali a couple of days ago. If you have not read that, I highly recommend reading the post. When someone attacks with the blade or knife, sometimes it becomes challenging to defend yourself. In case two guys attack you - one is in front of you, and the other guy is behind you.

You are walking, and out of nowhere, one guy appears in front of you and holds a knife. Then you realize that he is not alone. And another guy holds a blade to your throat from behind.

If you are going to attack the first guy who is in front of you, the guy behind you will use his blade, and you can easily guess what would happen next. Again if you think to attack the guy who is behind you, the first guy stabs you. And you do not want that to happen, do you?

The way the attackers position themselves, it makes the situation complicated and critical. If they want to hurt you, they have already stabbed you or cut you with the blade. They are not doing that, and it means they want something else. So start talking to them. If they want your purse, cell phone, give it to them.

If you want to kidnap you, don't just stand there. The attackers want you to move, so start moving to the direction they like. Here is the key point. When you walk, you can see their position of knife or blade change, and this is your opportunity to make your moves to defend yourself.

When you are in a situation like this, talk to them and try to understand what they want. You can distract them. And somehow, if the attackers get distracted, you can attack them. Please don't just keep silence. The way the girl starts fighting, is that risky? Yes, I think so. She catches the blade that holds against her neck. If he forces the blade, he will be able to injure the girl.
