How do you feel when you fight? You go through a lot of things in a fight. Your emotions and state of mind are very important during the fight. We usually notice physical movement but how you feel can influence a lot in every move you make in a fight.

It seems you get extra energy and power when you get angry. Some people say like, don't get me angry, otherwise, anything could happen. It can be a threat or shows you a warning. Does anger give them supper power to fight? The thing is if you feel like you can fight, it does not mean you can fight.

You can do something that might scare others when you get too angry. It can make you do something that you will never do in a normal situation. The question is, can you handle yourself in that situation? Most of the time, you get out of control due to anger. You cannot think straight.

The attacker can be aggressive. You have to be fast and make decisions quickly when you make any move. When you are in control, you can be in a position to control the situation. Staying calm can help you control the situation. You will do what is needed to be done. You will not make reckless moves that can put your life in danger.

Staying calm can make you think better and react faster to defend yourself. You will not do something driven by ego and anger. You can fight objectively that is needed to protect yourself. Maybe you have to strike harder to protect yourself or, maybe you have to prevent them from getting close to you. Or, maybe you have to get out of there quickly. Whatever you need to do, you will focus your energy to do that.

it is never good to fight because of anger.
But most of the time fighting happen because of anger in both side.

Because of anger, people lose control. A fight can start from there. It can be easily avoided if they stay calm.

I dabbled in MMA when I was in my 20's and a really important part of fights is that you keep a level head. Anger leads to rash decisions and a loss of control, which leads to a loss. In the street I've always thought that a political solution was always better than a scrap. Despite being very capable of fighting, I have never started one in public. I ended two of them though and I think this was largely because of the fact that my opponents were out of control, angry, and sloppy. The fact that they appeared to have zero fight training probably played a part as well though. :)

I think it is definitely more of a factor when you've been training to fight. When you know what you are doing, the anger really could expedite any inhibitions you might have. Whereas when you are untrained I think there's more of a chance to have an unpredictable outcome. Was it Bruce Lee that said, he didn't fear the black belts and high ups as much as the novice and untrained for that reason? I think it's important to train the mind body and spirit. For me it's more like forging the force that is in all of us. Also, people can use the clouding of emotions to control or misdirect you. Or let you burn out and get tired first. So I try to have some activities and hobbies to help manage my overall mood. I try to eat well, smoke well, and share !PIZZA. This is the way!

Yes, that could happen. They can say things that trigger you and you will usually get angry. It makes it easy for them to redirect you the way they like.
