My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2024

I was back in the office this week so back to my usual pattern. I walked in the mall at lunch time and then a went on a shorter walk outside the office later in the afternoon. I did much the same on Monday but alas I didn't have the app running then.

The photo above was taken outside the mall. A result of hurricane Milton. I live on the side of the state where the storm exited so it was much weakened by the time it got here. It was still a hurricane though and we had wind gusts of up to at least 80mph. We ended up being without power for most of a day.
