Como estan queridos amigos que les gusta estar saludable. Retomando nuestra actividades en la Ciudad de Valle de la Pascua, sorprendido porque en pocas semanas se han integrado nuevas personas que quieren mejorar su bienesta. Nos ha tocado viajar a esta ciudad que queda a unos 20km de la mia, pero vale la pena cultivar salud en otras Ciudades y lo mejor esta por llegar. Por esta razon pasamos nuevamentes a compartirles fotos de nuestro Entrenamiento Funcional espero que les guste.

I am happy that the FIT members are mastering the exercises to perfection.
