Tryout: Preparing for Intramurals
Hello there, dear Hivers. Im back again with a new blog. This blog is all about what happened last Wednesday, October 16, 2024, and how exciting it is with more fun.
So last Wednesday was our department's tryout for intramurals; it has so many sports and also writing, singing, dancing, and pageantry. The tryouts start at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm, but even though it starts at 8 am, we need to be early in our university for the attendance because we don't have a class the whole day, but we need to be at campus, and attendance is a must, and our president encourages us to participate in any sports.
And also, I am the officer in charge of Taekwondo, and I am so disappointed because it only has two participants, so I write my name on a registration form so that we're three.
Even though I'm already officer in charge, I tryout for basketball girls, even though I don't want my friends from the basketball team last year to want that I'm on the team again. So even though I was not prepared that I didn't have shorts, I participated in it, and still I was in the team.
After the tryout of the basketball, we already took a lunch because it was lunchtime already and we were so starving.
At 1 pm we're back to our campus to continue some tryouts. In the room where we stay, our instructor came in for the tryouts of literature, singing, musical play, short sweet play, and radio drama. Even though we're not ready, he told us to have the signing tryout, and I didn't decide any songs yet. So the song I only sing is "I love you by Celine Dion". I was so ashamed because of the flats that I have while singing.
After we tried out in singing, we decided to go to the pageantry or screening for the pageant because it is so nice and the participants are so competitive even some of those are forced to have the screening, but at least they did their best. I also have that screening opportunity for the pageant in 2022, but I don't have a chance because my pageant hill is broken and I can't walk clearly, which is why I didn't pass the screening.
And after the screening of the pageant, it is really tired, and I just want to go home, but the attendance for time out is 4 pm, but its 3:30, so I need to wait till 4 even though I'm so hungry and tired. And after I had the attendance, I decided to go home.
I know that this tryout is only for preparation for intramurals, but this day is so tired; how about on the intramurals day?

No, we don't have a tryout for taekwondo because of the small participants, but all who list their names are all pass
If there were a try out would it involved both sparring and form? I still remember some of my forms despite it being so many years ago.
