This is the report for the day with some steps count achieved through my daily household work along with regular fitness activities. The day was hot and because of more temperature it's not good to walk for a long time. This is what I have done for the day. Thanks

I hope your evening cools off a bit my friend hot weather can be uncomfortable!!
I always try to get my @actifit steps in the cool in the morning or the cool the evening...
