I purchased this dates fruit online from the Lazada store in the Philippines. I remember the first time I ate this fruit, there was a seed like a hard stone that I bit off omg its too hard my coworkers laughed at me because they thought I was so hungry for biting the seed, I said it was my first time eating this kind of fruit and I didn't know what its name was. It's dates from the Middle East that an OFW brought to my lady boss, who then shared them with all of my coworkers. I'm so glad I found an online store where I can order this type of fruit pitted, so there are no hard seeds. There are some advantages to my body that are beneficial to my hair growth and overall health.
