At the Park

The first beam of sunlight flashed across the sky as I walked through the park. Meanwhile, the sky turned a pale orange. The grassland appeared to be a green pond. The softness reminded me of a blanket. I closed my eyes and exhaled deeply. Fresh air with a minty taste entered my nose and filled my lungs. Along the path, gardeners grew trees and shrubs. People referred to trees as both residents and park guardians. These trees were roughly three times the height of an adult. They had oval-shaped tree clowns with a lot of branches. Autumn turned some of the leaves a dusk color.
