오늘은 늦은 퇴근 이후에 늦게 걸었는데 그래도 겨우겨우 만보를 채웠다. 그런데 매일매일 액티핏을 올리는게 아무래도 어려운가보다. 그래도 다른거보다는 걷는게 쉽다고 느끼는거 같다. 그리고는 건강에 도움이 된다고 생각하니 일단 억지로라도 걷는거 같다. 다른 운동도 병행할 수 있으면 좋을듯…

They literally have attempeted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here.
