My Battle Strategy and Cards Placement

So due to the Holy Protection match condition, my strategy is to have as large frequency of damage as possible. So I place a Grunt with his double strike to mitigate the Holy Protection. I also have Goblin Tower with the Blast ability to mitigate the Holy Protection condition. As my summoner is Obsidian, I have a large Magic Lineup and the idea is to push as much Magic attack as I can. With Mycelic Slipspawn and its Taunt abilities, it actually has a huge role to play though he is the first to die. There is a huge protection for Grunt, which plays a pivotal role. So the protector of a pivotal character would definitely be pivotal as well!

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

Yes, it did! Things went out fine and the match went according to plan. Naturally, majority of the times when things go according to plan I will tend to win the match. The Mycelic Slipspawn was able to protect Grunt very well, which in turn plays a huge part. Awesome match with tons of FP Points

MVP - Mycelic Slipspawn

Well, not too bad. This guy really took a lot of hit with the Taunt ability while dishing out 3 Magic damage, which is a lot. How not to clinch the MVP with such contributions?
