Weekly Challenge - Dragons

Alright, another week of Splinterlands, another Weekly Challenge. Just hit me, how long have I been playing this game for? I realised I am getting increasingly used to this game and platform, so that also means that I have been playing for some time? Hmmm.... Whatever, I am enjoying it that is for sure!

Alright so for this week we have dragons! I must say I am still trying to cope with the new monsters from the Chaos Legion, it is really tough to understand the new strategies and all. Nevertheless, there are always some personal favourite that no matter what happens or what card is introduced in the future, they will still be my favourite! Now without further ado, the spotlight monster will be... The Vigilator!

Now this is an awesome card that I was very fortunately to be delegated to. I really love the Double Strike ability, one of my favourite skill among the entire game! It allows you to hit twice in a turn! Really wonderful! How wonderful you might be thinking. Why not just have a look at this battle!

Now the match conditions are Noxious Fumes and Explosive Weaponry. I have the benefit of having an Almo Cambo meaning, I just need to drag the game as long as I can and I would very easily win by default!

Due to the Explosive Weaponry, I know that my second monster will be taking damage and not just my tank. So therefore, I placed a Harklaw in the middle as the Shield effect can be extremely beneficial. For low damage explosive damage, it tends to nullify them! But the main damage dealer for this game is my The Vigilator. Every round it strikes with a speed of 4. On top of that, this ability is well enhanced by the Explosive Weaponry. As it attacks twice, the opponent's backline monster also receive Explosive damage twice! As for my Almo Cambo, all it has to do is stand there and smile (no seriously, look at that card, that dude is really smiling).

The match went exactly as planned, and this was a typical textbook style match. At no point of time was I concerned about losing, even when he has a Mylor Cowling.

Now will I use The Vigilator again? Dude, you must be drunk... This is my go to card. Hell yes I would be using. Not only that, I will be exploiting it's wicked abilities and bring hell to my opponents!
