Gods Unchained - The Revival
Alright, I took a huge huge break from playing Gods Unchained. The last time I played was when it just came out, and I do have a couple of interesting old school cards. Other than that, I am actually very new here. Recently found out about this amazing group on Hive @gods-unchained through this lovely user @elcholitosanto . And I was like hey, why not? So here I go, deciding to reinstall this game and giving it a shot.
I just realised, dude... the hero powers all changed!!! Yups, that is how long since I last played! Now I do have a lot of issues in the past with the forge as it isn't working.
Now, since I am starting the game again, I would definitely need tons of help and advice. If there are any kind souls out there who are willing to guide me like a starter, I would be more than grateful!
Well, around 24hrs before I end this weekend tournament! Better make it count!
Hello, I'm glad you're going to play "Gods Unchained" again, now it's more interesting with the "Daily Play & Earn",
you can earn "Gods" and buy cards to improve your deck.
Tips:
1. Have 2 cards of the same card in your deck.
For example, I have 2 "Wildfire" in my "Nature" deck, so I'm more likely to play that card in battle.
2. Dominate the board.
The player who dominates the board in the first rounds will have control of the game and the chances of winning are very high.
Having a lot of low mana creatures in your deck will help, having a relic that strengthens them will also help and
having spells that enhance them will also help.
3. Seek to heal your god always.
No matter how much damage your god takes, if you are able to heal it you will be able to win.
When you face "Death" decks you will see "zombies" that heal their god.
In "Nature" deck I use "Simple Satyr" to heal my god.
4. Watch other players' battles

thank you so much @elcholitosanto , helpful as always! I know right, many has referred me to @copperpitch , he must be a legend for this! I followed your advice, and would likely use the nature based decks as it can both heal and control the board. nevertheless, I do face a couple of enemies that literally are so formidable, they literally wipe the board quickly, and insanely. My cards are a bit too outdated as of now

Oh no worries. MJ is "Mortal Judgment" the latest expansion set of cards (the ones you win from weekend-ranked events). Sorry to hear about the lag. That's not something that I've experienced. I think, it’s the hardware that needs to be reviewed! Haha. I’m running on a MacBook Air for the last 8 years. Haha. So I guess that’s the reason why it’s lagging! Do need to clear my tuition loans first in order to get another laptop, but at the same time need GU to earn! Haha. Chicken and egg theory! 😅
