Rabona 10th Season Report. Relegated into League 3 again. Looking for improvement

Intro

After trying to fight for stay on League 2, my teams were unable to get the expected points from last 5 matches, so we have to go back into League 3 again. Now i'm thinking about how to improve my teams while keep the financial on positives.

10th Season Result

My team were stuck on 14th position with 25 points, just 1 different points from yesterday that means i only got 1 draw from last 6 match :(. It shown a big different as they 12 position having 10 more points than me. Really need to improve my teams.

Current Team Stats

My teams were having 56 OS right now, with total fans are sadly decreased from last time i posted is 16.508 now it's just 14.003. Thats alot of fans !. Let's hope the fans will regrow next season ! My teams already played 330 matches ! with 229 won, 79 lost, and 22 draw.

Financial Management

As i've mentioned on last post, there are many of my players are running out of contract this season, so i decide to scouting for some good players with low wage. This activity cause me to spent 220.000 RBN this season, but at the end of season, my balance sheet is still on positive result. My teams still get a 184.979 profit in total.

Looking for Improvement

So, as i'm trying to improve my teams, i go to stadium section and looking for what i can do to make my teams better. Thats when i saw my office building is currently at lv 1. I think it would give us benefit to increase this building, so i could extend my players contract for lower wage. I saw many teams that stay on league 2 are having some vital players with extended contract. So i think this building is important to get upgraded
