After played 7 games, my team Arsene FC ended up won 5 matches and got 2 match draw which cause me to crawling from 5th Position into 3rd position with 17 points, and 10 GD. I wish i could keep the top 4 position as it's needed to get into higher league.

My club's financial is on the right direction, with positive result between cost and income. The player salaries are the most cost for my club, and i think i've made right decision by keeping low salaries player in my clubs and not sign players with high salaries as i'm on low tier league right now. For first 7 matches, i got net profit 34,772 RBN. It's my phylosophy to stay positive financially while build my team bigger, just like my favorite team Arsenal.

For today free training, i choose to train the pass again to make my team game more effective. Here is my player stats after finishing this time train.

There is no sign yet. Actually i'm looking for a defensive midfielder, but there is just no players with low salaries on free agent's list. So yeah i will wait, maybe tomorrow i will find 1. The free agent's market just got higher salaries players today. Am i missed the chance to sign cheap players at the end of last season? Or it's just coincident that today's free agent market just don't have a cheap players?

2. Is there a way to get different training for each player at 1 training session?

3. I haven't use scout yet, are they giving you player with low salaries ?
