Last World Cup of GOAT
The upcoming Qatar World Cup is going to be Lionel Messi's last World Cup . The Argentine star confirmed this in an interview given to local journalist Sebastian Vignolo. Of course, he did not say that this is his last "tournament" in the Argentine jersey. Therefore, the possibility of him playing in the 2024 Copa America cannot be ruled out at all. Messi said that the World Cup held in Qatar in 2022 will be his last World Cup.

For me I think he would stay at PSG for maybe one more year. The way I see Barca currently I think it would be impossible for him to get back there. They won’t be able to afford his salary even if he will go there on a free transfer. As usual Barca is making a fuss about all this instead of just coming out to admit they can’t afford his afford.

Lionel Messi will be greatly missed by many football fans, sadly I am not prepared to see him hang his jersey but it's inevitable he can't play forever. I will love it if Messi returns to Barcelona next season, he needs a proper send-off in the club that made his dreams come true.
