Splinterland's: DEC-B sale positively impacts Voucher price.

DEC-Batteries or DEC-B in short, is the latest offering by Splinterland's team to Splinlinterland's community. It offers to have the equivalent of 200 DEC-B tokens for burning 160 DEC tokens or 1 Voucher. As compared to the DEC, it is offering 20% more value in the amount of the DEC. When the offering was announced, 1 VOUCHER value was less than 160 DEC which make VOUCHER a favorable choice to be burned for DEC-B tokens.

The team is offering the sale of 2 Billion DEC-B tokens which was already started on February 8 and will continue till April 9 (or unless it sellout earlier than April 9).

Look in 3 days team is able to close 25% of the sale and I am sure this will end before the stipulated time period. Though a 20% discount is a really good deal to pass it comes with a lot of conditions and very limited allowable use of the DEC-B tokens.
These tokens will be nontransferable and will not be used in any kind of future purchases that will require DEC. Their use will be very limited to the item that is primarily for the DEC burning in the game, which includes activities as listed below. (referenced from the official post.)

Building Upgrades, Maintenance, and Boosts in the Land Expansion

Due to the limitation of using DEC-B token, it is not suitable for every player to purchase and invest in it but still, it provided support to the VOUCHERS price and caused VOUCHERS to pump.

Even DEC-B has limited usage but it definitely gives pump to VOUCHERS price a little boost and they are trading higher from the previous 3 days. Since still 75% of the DEC-B token is still available I expect that the Voucher price will maintain its soft peg until the sale ends.

But onside note I am a little sad to see the Vouchers price getting dumped to the bottom, Vouchers are supposed to give a discount equivalent to the $5 per Voucher in Node License purchase and it is just getting traded for the fraction of the price of it's expected value.
I will like to see the Voucher price be at a higher level than it to be at just close 160 DEC which makes it equal to 10 to 11 cents which is a very low price.
