Ride for Peace(My Anticipation)
HI everyone, I hope you are having a great day. I wish everyone best of luck in all our endeavors.
Here is my first post in this community, it is just a combination of a memory and what I'm looking forward to(anticipation). I hope you will like it
Ride for Peace is a program initiated by Ahmadi Muslim Youth organization all over the world, we started the Nigerian part in 2016.
Since then, it always come up annually except during the covid19 lock down.
Ride for Peace is an even organized to spread peace all around the world. Though, it was initiated by a Muslim organization, but every male youth is invited, and it always full of fun.
I have been missing out since the 2016,but I got the opportunity to partake in it last year(2021). Then I realized what I have been missing.
I took part in Oyo State Region in Nigeria, and the Oyo State Minister for Youth and Sport Representative was there.
Kids with great skills in cycling will have chance to showcase there talent.
Many career men will dedicate that day to burn some calories and to have some funs.
I met old friends and met new friends.
You will have the avenue to share your experiences with people and and gain some things from their own experiences as well
We put smiles on the faces of everybody we met on every street we passed through with some love and peace song.
We painted the street green and white with our customized shirt.
I wish you are there, then you will understand the joy that is lingering inside me right now for just remembering the moment. 😊😊
There are 36 state in Nigeria, and the event use to take place in almost 20 states of the country.
And we do share beautiful pictures within ourselves.

I don't see it as just an event, there are some feelings attached to it, I felt something beyond happiness during the event.
Another Nigeria version of it is coming in November, 2022, I can't just wait.
It do occur in different countries too, each country has the time they are holding their own.
I don't want to miss the next one.
