My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2023
Today it was so cold that I stopped jogging and continued with walking.
Maybe I should prepare hot, warming clothes.
However l, I think if I do that then it will turnout to be hot and have no meaning for jogging or it will just turn me into walking only.
Hope tomorrow is good weather to jog.

今日は天気が寒くジョギングからウォーキングに切り替える事となりました。多分、暖かい服装に替えればとも思いますが、しかし、それをやると、暖かくて熱くなり、ジョギングするよりウオーキングだけになりそうで意味がなさそうに思います。明日はあたたかく、良い天気でありますようにと思います。
