Szalony dzień zakończyłem mocnym treningiem na bieżni.



Zachód słońca był tak mocarny, że nie mogłem się powstrzymać przed zrobieniem zdjęcia.

Niestety nie miałem czasu, by się zatrzymać, więc szybka fota z ręki musi wystarczyć.

Szkoda, że takie byle jakie zdjęcie nie oddaje nawet w 10% majestatu tego zachodu słońca 😍



Wujek Garmin proponował tempo 4.25/km, ale w sumie dobrze się biegało, więc interwały wyszły ciut szybciej 😎
