Poranek zwiastował dobry dzień 😍


Przed śniadaniem pojechałem do AQUA Fitness Bielsko na pomiary, i na trening.



Zaplanowana była baza - 50 min 6.10/km



Dołożyłem jeszcze 20 minut mocnego treningu na nogi, by totalnie skatować mięśnie 🤪🔥




Do końca dnia odczuwałem trudy tego podwójnego treningu.

W niedzielę regeneracja 😎
