Zmieniam "typ celu", gdyż przestałem biegać z paskiem do tętna (głupia sprawa - sylikonowa osłona na zapięcie paska powoduje u mnie uczulenie 🤯).
Czujnik tętna w zegarku ma spore opóźnienie, i jest mniej dokładny, przechodzę więc na tempo.
