Wujek Garmin proponował truchcik w tętnie około 137 bpm, więc pobiegałem trochę "wokoło komina".



Plan zakładał 36 minut, ale (jak zwykle) dołożyłem troszkę od siebie.

Bez przesady jednak, gdyż umiar w treningu również jest ważnym elementem całościowego przygotowania.
