Aktualizacja diety. : January 4 2024
Jak już wspominałem, w starym roku zamieniłem pierwszy posiłek dnia ( spożywany przed południem) z weglowodanowego na białkowo-tłuszczowy (płatki owsiane zamieniłem na sałatkę z kurczakiem i białym serem).
Kolejną zmianę w diecie wprowadziłem od nowego roku - wróciłem do jedzenia śniadań.
Ważną kwestią jest fakt, iż są to śniadania oparte na jajkach (jajecznica, sadzone, olmet), bez pieczywa.
Jutro jadę na siłownię do Bielska wykonać pomiar, i trening 💪🚀🏃♂️
