Po niedzielnym bieganiu należymy się odrobina odpoczynku.
Wujek Garmin co prawda zalecił minimalny rozruch - 30 minut w tempie szybkiego spaceru, czyli 7.20/km, ale znam swój organizm, i stwierdziłem, że najlepszą regeneracją będzie totalne lenistwo 🤣
Dzięki temu udało mi się nieco skrócić, zalecany początkowo na 48 godzin, okres regeneracji.
