Regeneracja przed Hałda Run Extreme 🏃: June 22 2023

Na podsumowanie 13tej edycji #Poliac Silver League muszę znaleźć trochę czasu, ale postaram się napisać osobny post.

Nie chcę wrzucać podsumowania do Actifit. Wolę, by taki post znalazł się w moim dziale Blog, a nie w szeregowych codziennych postach.


Aktualnie mam dwa dni odpoczynku, i regeneracji przed sobotnim startem w Hałda Run Extreme.

Biegnę na dłuższym dystansie i nazwie "Ściana Płaczu" - 15 km 🤪

Czekają mnie tam dwa długie, i jeden krótki ale stromy podbieg.

Pobiegnę tam pierwszy raz, i już nie mogę się doczekać.

Mam nadzieję, że ostatnie treningi w górach zaprocentują, i nie padnę na pierwszym podbiegu 😁

Chciałem pospacerować, i porobić zdjęcia, ale cieć na bramie nie wpuszczał nikogo przed startem biegu, a w trakcie biegu skupiałem się raczej na przetrwaniu ;)
