Good day beautiful community, it's a brand new day to share some wonderful thoughts and ideas with us all on another article and today i want to share with us my highschool experience with the physical education aspect of learning.
Being in high school is and was a moment filled with so much fun and memories from indoor class lectures and activities to the outdoor games and sports. High school is indeed one of a moment you would always look back and smile at those joyful moments experienced.

As they say that "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy," this is in other words saying that you shouldn't be too serious in your everyday life activities, once in a while take a brake to have fun, play and exercise before resuming your seriousness. Well, when i was in my high school we took the fun brakes more serious than our serious lectures.

Every wednesdays as i can recall vividly, was our P.E in school this in the primary school was referred to in a subject called physical and health education (P.H.E) which happened to also be my best subject back in school because of the outdoor activities we do carry out for the sake of the subject.
During our physical education, we always opt to display ourselves in different colors of P.E wears which are red, yellow, green and blue depending on which colour you were assigned to.

Our first activity is going for a road walk in the morning, round the school premises in an open field and sometimes we move away from the school arena completely to a different regions and back to school. It was always tiring but fun because we get to make chants, play and laugh our sorrows away i mean, what more could be more fun and exciting as a highschool student having a specific time to play in school.
Returning back from a road walk we are given time to go for snacks and involve in different sport activities taking place in the school arena maybe football, basketball, volley ball, javelin throw, and so many others but my favorite was the table tennis board game. I was very good at it and i always win as champ in any tournament.

The physical education aspect in my high school really grew my knowledge and sharpened my perfection on most sport activities, keeping you fit and also teaching you game rules making you acquainted to sports you have no good ideas and experiences about.
It also developed my interest in football from these activities because we were given tournaments with other high schools and this always happens to be a big event if your school wins the trophy or not.

The P.E was one of my favorite moments that made high school so interesting and fun.
