My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2023

Right now we can say ‘yes, summer is here and it will be very hot too!

These days we get tired quickly than usual, all this because of the heat we are experiencing nowadays!

I walked below the 5K mark as I was quite exhausted with cooking and the heat today… I relaxed a bit while doing the normal usual work.

The great thing is that I spent more time with Omar while my daughter was not home today.

Ps. Most of today’s steps happened while I was playing and walking with Omar!
