My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2025

Dear friends,

Today evening, I walked 0.85 miles in the park as a physical exercise. The sun was still a little hot but it was a pleasant evening.

In the morning, I drove the cook to the meditation center as usual so that he could prepare poori for the Indian yogi. And I had a chance to learn how to make dough and fry poori. It looked delicious to me. I will try to make some at home one day.

Those were some of the activities for today. Other times, I did house chores sweeping and mobbing floors, etc.
