installing basin bracket, testing used-oil stove

Yesterday, I went to the meditation center to attend the meeting of choosing trustees for the center. Normally, it is conducted every two years but the last meeting was postponed due to armed conflicts in the region. And I was chosen as one of the trustees for the center. After the meeeting, I installed the bracket for the basin in one of the yogi rooms. It was supposed to be installed by the installer.

Then, in the afternoon, I produced more driniking water with the water purification machine at home. The washing rod I had ordered arrived so I cleaned the bottle as well. The maintenance service I do for the machine are as follow.

• replacing resin and CTO filters every three months. Resin filter is for removing hardness (lime) and CTO is a carbon filter for removing bad smells.
• replacing the micro filter when it turns brownish.
• injecting salt water into the lime (hardness) filter; I think I need to do it monthly. I have done it recently and have to check weekly first to know the filter needs the service.
  I also checked the turbidity (ppm) of the water as well and it needs to be below 50.

And in the evening, I tested the used-oil stove. It is a little shorter and it worked as required. The water boiled in 13 minutes.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
