improving my spot welder, assembling a 12 V battery pack

Dear friends,

Yesterday, I meditated in the morning for one hour. I used the meditation app to guide me and it kept a log for me also. I also meditated in the evening for one hour. For me, meditation is a process of awaring more about myself physically and mentally; I just need to be vigilant on the arising sensations without reacting to them. I should not be angry upon bad sensations or happy on pleasant sensations.I just need to practise equilibrium or harmony in my mind. I found that it was a good way to boost stamina to face the ups and downs of our daily life. Below is my achievement record of daily meditation.

Then, I intended to build a battery pack using 18650 lithium batteries. So, I checked my spot welder and made necessary improvent - I installed timer to break the circuit so that I didn't overburn the battery and I put some tape around the welding rods. Actually, it cannot electricute me because it has a very low output voltage , which is fround around 5 to 22 V but for me, I am afraid that I some electric shock so I wrapped the rods with some tape. And the spot welder was ready. And I had built a pedal swich so that I could use both of my hands on welding.

Other time, I did house chores and some errands for my motherThose were some of the activities for yesterday.
