My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2024

Dear friends,

Yesterday was market day and I went to the vegetable market with my mother to carry things for her. Market day is every five day here in Shan State and each town has its own market day. On the market day, there are more sellers from coming from towns and villages around my town, so there are more variety of food and vegatable available.

Then, when I arrived back home I checked the dripping pipes for my garden plants and install some more drip pipes for four more plants. I water them with timer every morning and because they receive regular water, they become greener with new leaves.

Then, I prepared shrimp curry for my trip; I will travel in this evening and I can have dinner with the meal box at the airport or when I arrive my destination. It is an economy way of travelling. And I also carried some dried curries, so I just need to buy some rice to have as a light meal for dinner. Usually, I don't have big meal for dinner.

Then, in the evening, we ate out at a restaurant because my mom treated us for her birthday. We had great time there and had birthday cake when we arrived back home.

Yesterday, I meditated one time only about half an hour.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
