My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

Going to the Kathein donation ceremony, going to the industrial zone, building used oil stove.

Dear friends,

Yesterday morning, I went to the Kathein donation ceremony held at a monastery located at on a hill the other side of our town. We were treated with breakfast there.

I arrived back home and then went to the industrial zone to make threads for the pipes to be used for building the oil stove. The industrial zone is about five miles distance from my town.

Then, in the afternoon, I installed dripping pipes for some plants from my home garden.Now, it is winter and there will be no more rian; I used dripping water for saving water.

And I continued to build one part of the used stove - the air outlet. I finished building it in the evening.

Yesterday, I missed my physical exercises because I was reparing my Sonoff device used for the water purification unit; the power supply part in it was broken so I installed one for it. I used it as a timer to run it for 20 minutes with it. I think I need to do it daily because I felt not comfortable because of it. It could be because I have some extra colestrol in my blood.

Those are some of the activities for Yesterday.
