My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2024

Doing electrical repair, helping to arrange seating place for tomorrow anniversary, shopping, some welding

Dear friends,

In this morning, I didn't do physical exercises because I suffered some back pain. I just counted beads and meditated for thirty minutes.

After breakfast, I did some electrical repair, and prepare a WiFi switch for my garden hose. I flashed the Sonoff I had with Tasmota firmware. I have many Sonoff devices used for controlling appliances at home.

After lunch, I went to my office to help arrange seats for tomorrow anniversary. Tomorrow is the 36th anniversary of our SNLD party and I will join it at the office.

Then, I and my friend went shopping for paying homage to our teacher; we will visit him tomorrow afternoon. And I aslo bought iron sheet for door cover of my garden shed. Because I found I need a middle frame for the door, I welded one in the evening. I will install the sheet tomorrow.

Those are some of the activities for today.
