making poultry cages, preparing to install water purification machine, picking Chayote from home garden

Dear friends,

I had ordered one set of water purification machine from Mandalay and it arrived the day before yesterday. Yesterday, I checked the manual and set a place to install it. It included water purification unit, which had seven stages and lime remover tank. My home town is located on a plateau, and the water included much of calcium. So, we need to include lime (calcium) filter/remover for our health. The tank was tall and took some space.

And yesterday, I helped my brother to make a cage for his chicken that he had brought from Lashio. Lashio, which is a big town in northern Shan state, has suffered from war between the EAOs and the military. Now, it is under the control of EAO but the military has constantly bombing the town almost every night. And those who live there cannot live peacefully and still there are many IDP from northern Shan state, including eldest brother and his wife. And they had brought their poultry and dogs along with them and kept them at my home.

Yesterday, we plucked many chayote fruits from my home garden and there are many left on the vine.

And yesterday, I continued to work on building a truss beam for my car shelter and I used my Mig welder, that I had just repaired - I replace the liner and it was working great.
